2008 Dodge Durango Radiator Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How is a Radiator Installed on 2008 Dodge Durango?
A: Be sure to put back the power steering cooler and transmission oil cooler before you install the radiator if they were removed. After that, attach the upper radiator mount and place the isolator pins into the radiator support's alignment holes. After that, fit the upper radiator support and secure the bolts to 11 Nm (100 in. lbs.), then put the radiator side seals in place and add the upper radiator hose, the overflow tube and finally, the shroud. Install the power steering cooler lines and transmission cooler lines after you raise the car, then put the lower radiator hose in before lowering. Install the air filter housing assembly, top up the radiator fluid, join the battery cable and then start the engine to watch for any leaks as it reaches operating temperature.
