How to Remove and Replace Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2008 Dodge Magnum?

In order to change the exhaust and intake valves, the cylinder head must be removed first. Next remove the valve spring and make sure that the burrs are removed in the valve stem retainer lock grooves and tip of the stem. Lastly, label and take down all the valves to fit them back.
