How to Install an Axle Shaft and Ensure Proper Lubrication on 2008 Dodge Ram 1500?

To install the axle shaft, put a new O-ring in the flange, slide the shaft in and bolt it in with bolts tightened with a torque of 133 Nm. Remove the fill plug, level the axle and fill the carrier with lubricant up to the plug hole. Reinstall and tighten the plug to 68 Nm.
