How to Detach a Rear Bumper on 2008 Dodge Ram 3500?

To remove the rear bumper, raise the vehicle and remove the license plate and its bolts. Dislodge the license plate light and trailer light connectors. Remove two bolts on the top of the bumper, supporting the bumper and then remove the bumper support brackets from the trailer hitch.
