The procedure is to first raise and support the vehicle, remove your license plate and take out the bolts from the area behind it. Third, remove the library plate light wires and disconnect the trailer light plug if the car was made with one. Take out the two bolts located along the bumper's front upper part, not far from the frame's upper tips. After that, attach a suitable crane to the bumper and unscrew the four bolts holding the bumper support brackets to the trailer hitch.
Q: How to Install a Bumper on the Rear on Dodge Ram 3500?
A:
Place the rear bumper so that the holes match the trailer hitch pins and connect the bumper to the trailer. Install the hitch bolts (2) into their loose positions in the support bracket (4). Install the front upper edge on top of the trailer's bolts and tighten them to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). Fasten the license plate reinforcement onto the hitch bolts and tighten them so they are fixed at 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). Tighten each bolt on the left and right bumper brackets to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.). If you find these connections, plug them in. Afterward, put the license plate on the bike.
