To add the coolant reservoir for these engines, insert the coolant reservoir mounting pins into the slots of the fan shroud and then push the reservoir onto the fan shroud. Bolt the reservoir into its housing on the shroud, tightening the bolts to 8.5 Nm (75 in. lbs), checking that the locking feature has engaged in the pins on the reservoir. After that, link the recovery hose to the radiator and add the washer pump electrical connection.
