Q: How to Service and Repair the Rear Brake Disc on Dual Rear Wheels on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?
A: To do the service and repair of the rear brake rotor on double rear wheels, first attach the disc brake rotor (4) to the hub (6). After that, fasten the disc brake caliper adapter (3) to a snugness of 170 Nm (125 ft. lbs.). After that, insert the wheel flange ring (5) and screw it down until it reaches 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.). Pull the brake caliper (1) into place and then attach the brake pads (2). Use the parking brake according to how you park. Next, press the brake pedal down a couple of times to let the system fill up, look at the brake fluid level in the reservoir and correct any deficiencies. After that, add the rear wheels and bring the vehicle back down to the ground.
