How to Remove an Engine Control Module on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Before taking out the Engine Control Module, unhook the negative battery cable. After that, disconnect the PCM harness connectors. ie, hold the PCM and stake it out, using enough force to remove it from its bracket. A replacement PCM needs to be programmed with the proper data from the vehicle which can only be done with a scan tool.
