How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Before servicing a halogen headlamp bulb, make sure the battery negative cable is separated and safe. After that, depress both rear latches holding the top of the cover, move the cover downward and pull out both lower tabs from their brackets in the lamp housing. Pull the wire connectors from the base of the front lamp unit off from the halogen high or low headlamp bulb on top. Uncover the bulb by removing the wire retainer and pivoting it off the base, then take out the bulb by pulling it straight through the keyed slot at the back of the front lamp reflector. Ensure not to touch the bulb glass or have it come in contact with anything oily, as that will reduce its life.
