How Is the Hood Latch Installed on 2008 Dodge Sprinter 2500?

Before installing the hood latch, connect an end of the cable (5) to the bottom part of the latch (4). Following this, fit the bottom hood latch section (4), putting it back in the same place as before and hold it in place using the bolts (3). At this point, place the hood latch top section (2) on top, matching the marks you made and tighten it with bolts (1). Check after closing the latch and look for and deal with any issues. Greasing the hood latch sections should not be a method you use if they are hard to operate; you should replace them to keep the latch working properly.
