    A: Before you install the battery temperature sensor, check that the clips are in the battery tray and the electrical connector is firmly fastened to the sensor. At the outset, secure the battery temperature sensor (1) to the battery tray (2). After that, link the electrical connector (3) to the battery temperature sensor (1). Afterward, put the battery in its tray and tighten the battery hold down and bolt to a torque of 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs). After that, bring the cables from the battery to the terminals in the car and tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (90 in. lbs).
