Hook the nuts in place and tighten them to 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lbs.), then attach the two hinge to B-pillar bolts and tighten to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.). Adjust the door if it is necessary. Also, when you are removing or moving the lower hinge, apply a suitable body sealant to the surface. Attach the hinge and the B-pillar nuts before tightening them each to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.). Add the hinge to door nuts and tighten them to 13 Nm (9.5 ft. lbs.). Change the door height as required.
