To fill up the fuel filler neck empty the tank below half a tank. Unplug the negative battery cable, and loosen the filler cap, and lift the vehicle. Take off the left rear wheel, splash shield and undo the vent line and hose. Lastly, unscrew the assembly and remove the mounting screw.
