How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2008 Jeep Compass?

In order to service the headlamp bulb, unhook the battery negative cable and the engine compartment wire harness. Turn the bottom of the bulb in an anti-clockwise motion to unlock it and then draw it out in a straight direction. Do not touch the glass of the bulb or oily surfaces, and shorten its lived time.
