How to Install an Oil Pan on 2008 Jeep Compass?

To install the engine oil pan, clean the sealing surfaces and assemble within 10 minutes of the application of Mopar(R) Engine RTV GEN II. Apply RTV to front cover and oil pan and position pan and tighten bolts to specified torque. Install drain plug, fill with oil, start engine and check for leaks.
