How to Install Exhaust Valve and Intake Valves on 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

To install the exhaust and intake valves, squirt clean engine oil on the valve stems and insert into the cylinder head. Install the valve stem seals, springs and retainers using a valve spring compressor. Lubricate the camshaft journal, place the camshaft, and put on the bearing caps before you add the hydraulic lash adjusters and rocker arms.
