Q: How to Install the Flywheel in a Clutch Assembly on 2008 Jeep Wrangler?
A: Before installing the flywheel, clean both the flywheel and the pressure plate. At this point, screw in the flywheel with new bolts. Tighten all the 3.8L bolts to 81 Nm (60 ft. lbs.) and all the 2.8L bolts to 95 Nm (70 ft. lbs.) by going in a criss-cross pattern. Installing the clutch disc and pressure plate is next and this should be followed by the transmission.
