How to Service and Repair an Antenna Module on 2009 Chrysler 300?

The first step to working on the radio antenna module is to unplug and isolate the negative battery cable. For the sedan, remove the upper C-pillar trim, unplug the wire harnesses and the antenna cable, remove the fasteners and take out the antenna module after that. For the wagon, once the negative terminal of the battery is disconnected and separated, open up the liftgate trim, unplug the wire harness and antenna cable, take out the mounting screws and remove the antenna module. Whenever the battery is disconnected, a battery reconnect procedure is required.
