    A: To maintain the SCCM, take all the assembly out so that history does not harm the Clock Spring pins. Make sure that the steering wheel and front tires are straight. When the SCCM is removed, then Clock Spring, and center it, clockwise and counterclockwise. And, lastly, install the SCCM and do not connect the battery until after testing.
