How to Remove and Replace an Intake Manifold on 2009 Chrysler 300?

The replacement of the lower intake manifold requires sealing surfaces to be dirty and gaskets to be examined. Install the lower manifold gasket and then install the manifold and center it with a bolt. Install the fuel rail, injectors, tighten bolts to 12Nm, install electric connections and lastly install fuel supply hose.
