How to Assemble Piston and Connecting Rod Components on 2009 Chrysler 300?

To install piston and connecting rod assemblies, stagger piston ring gaps, make sure the oil hole in connecting rod faces to the thrust side, and to use ring compressor. Align bearing holes, grease lubrication, connecting rod guides. Tap the piston into the bore and tighten rod cap bolts to 27 Nm and 1/4 turn.
