How to Safely Remove a Catalytic Converter from a 3.7L or 4.7L Engine on 2009 Chrysler Aspen?

In order to take off the catalyst converter of the 3.7L or the 4.7L engine, elevate the vehicle and apply Mopar(R) Rust Penetrant on all the exhaust bolts. Unscrew the oxygen sensor and un-bolt the catalyst converter-to-manifold bolts, and the squeegee that attaches it to the exhaust pipe. Wipe off all tack welds, and wipe off converter.
