How to Replace a Door Hinge Without Taking the Door Off on 2009 Chrysler Aspen?

Replacing a rear door hinge doesn't need you to remove the door if you change just one hinge at a time. Prevent your door from shifting by leaving the welded washers on the hinges and depend on the right body sealant when you remove or move the hinges. Attach a grease pencil mark on the B-pillar and the door where the upper hinge will fit, then remove the nuts and bolts holding the hinge in place and take out the hinge. First, draw where the lower hinge will go on the door and B-pillar and afterward take out the lower B-pillar trim. After that, take out the two nuts that hold the hinge to the door, followed by the two bolts that link the hinge to the B-pillar. Inside the car, remove the last bolt keeping the hinge to the B-pillar and remove the hinge.
