How to Remove and Service an Instrument Cluster on 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Before removing the instrument cluster, open the engine hood and take out the negative battery cable. Afterwards, take off the cluster bezel. After that, remove the four screws holding the instrument cluster. Pull the entire cluster straight away from the dashboard to get to the connectors, detach all four connectors, then take out the whole cluster from the vehicle.
