How to remove a battery tray on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

The battery tray can only be removed by first of all disconnecting the negative battery cable. Then remove the two bolts and one nut fastening the tray on the left frame rail. Lastly, take out the tray of the engine compartment and get it off the vehicle.
