How to Remove the Starter Motor from 3.3L and 3.8L Engines on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

To install the tool 8534-12 to remove the starter motor of the 3.3L and 3.8L engines. Unconnect the negative battery cable, solenoid cable and under-connect the electrical connector. To remove the transmission mounting bolt in six-speed automatics, the mounting stud in four-speed automatics, the starter assembly and dust shield.
