First, detach and separate the negative battery cable to service and fix the door lock switch. After that, take out the door trim panel of the problematic door lock switch. Close the door window, then disconnect the wire from the door lock switch and from the impact beam. Remove the outer door handle, then take out the switch from the key cylinder and lastly detach it from the vehicle.
