How to Remove and Replace the Right Exhaust Manifold on 2009 Chrysler Town & Country?

The first step is to cut off the battery negative cable to remove and replace the right exhaust manifold. After that, take off the wiper module and pull the spark plug wires. Take out the two bolts between the crossover pipe and the exhaust manifold and disconnect the upstream oxygen sensor. Remove the attaching screws of the heat shield, then lift off the upper heat shield. Place the vehicle on a hoist and take off the drive belt shield. Release the connection from the downstream oxygen sensor and take apart the catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold. After that, remove the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head and pull out the manifold. Remove and clean the manifold when it gets dirty.
