To service the fuel rail - 2.0 and 2.4L - release fuel pressure, make sure ventilation is working and there are no sources of ignition. Wrap towels around the hose for spills. Disconnect the battery, fuel line and electrical connectors and remove the fuel rail and injectors from the intake manifold.
