How to Replace a Water Pump on a 3.5L Engine on 2009 Dodge Challenger?

The water pump on a 3.5L engine should be replaced after the cooling system is drained. After that, take out the accessory drive belts before removing the engine timing belt. Once you've taken out the other components, remove the water pump securing bolts, noting the longer bolts for correct installation later. The water pump body can now be taken off the engine.
