How to Remove the Vapor Canister on 2009 Dodge Durango?

The front of the fuel tank is where you'll find both the EVAP canister and the ESIM switch. First, if there is one installed, lift off the fuel tank skid plate underneath the vehicle. Following that, separate the electrical connection at the ESIM switch and disconnect the rubber hose from the switch as well. After that, take off the quick-connect attachment at the EVAP canister. Unlocking the EVAP canister from the vehicle involves press the lower, upper and outer locking tabs, then slide the canister out from the mounting bracket.
