How to Remove and Replace an Exhaust Manifold on an AWD for Rear on 2009 Dodge Journey?

Before handling the rear exhaust maniverter on an AWD car, make sure to cut off the negative battery cable and seal it with tape. First, lift and support the vehicle and eliminate twelve fasteners along the belly pan. After that, remove and take out the belly pan. After that, take off the right front tire and its wheel assembly. The exhaust extension pipe and exhaust crossunder pipe should be removed separately. Throw the harness connectors off, then take off the oxygen sensors on the maniverter upstream and downstream. Take the heat shield retainers off and get rid of the upper heat shield. Take off the right half shaft and intermediate shaft and then remove the bolts holding the maniverter. After moving the maniverter, take out the lower maniverter heat shield, remove the retainers and remove the heat shield as well. After that, remove the maniverter and the gasket from the car.
