How to Maintain the Fuel Door on 2009 Dodge Nitro?

Before fixing the fuel door, take off the fuel cap. After that, remove the three screws connecting the fuel door/housing to the filler neck. Then, place your finger into the door opening and press down on the two hooks you see at the upper right and bottom right of the door/housing. Remove the fuel housing assembly by taking the door off the vehicle.
