How to Install a Bumper on the Rear on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

To install the rear bumper, put it in alignment with the hitch pins on the trailer and loosely install the hitch bolts. Tighten the front edge and license plate reinforcement to 54 Nm. Tighten the left and right bumper bracket bolts and wire the trailer light and license plate light and then mount the license plate.
