How to Install a Fuel Injector on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

Suppose you are reusing the same injector, prep for the process by fitting brand-new O-rings on it. Apply just enough clean engine oil to each injector O-ring so assembly becomes easier. Slide the fuel injector along the side of the fuel rail while pushing it into the fuel rail. After that, fit the fuel injector retaining clip (2) into place with suitable pliers (1). After you finish, fit the fuel rail assembly and turn the engine on to spot any leaks of fuel.
