How to Detach the Hood Cable on 2009 Dodge Ram 2500?

The hood cable is removed after you take out the hood latch. After that, remove the battery tray from the left section of the engine compartment. Afterward, take out the three hood cable retainers from the upper radiator crossmember and the left fender rail. Inside the car, remove the two bolts that join the hood cable handle to the instrument panel bracket. Now, get rid of the grommet and take off the hood cable and handle assembly as well.
