How to Remove and Replace a Water Pump on a Gas Engine on 2009 Jeep Compass?

To replace the water pump from a gas engine, remove the assembly, remove the outlet gasket, and remove the three bolts secured to hold the pulley in place. Then, remove the pulley and the five bolts that hold the pump to the adapter, remove the gasket and examine the pump for damage.
