How to Install a Door Latch Assembly on 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

Installing rear door latch begins with simply placing it on the vehicle and tightening it to the door end frame using proper screws. Connect the linkage rods to the latch, connect the lock to latch rods and connect the latch rods to the door latch. After you've made these connections, add the lower rear run channel and in the end, attach the door trim panel. It is important not to close the door before adjusting the latch so the door will open.
