How Does Wheelhouse Assist in Servicing the Rear Fender Liner on 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser?

The first step in servicing the rear fender liner is to raise and support the entire vehicle. After that, take out the right front wheel. Gently pull the right side of the fascia down to see the screw that secures the front bottom of the right side rail splash shield and then remove that screw. Then remove the push-pin retainer that joins the right side rail splash shield's front to the right wheelhouse splash shield and take out the other one holding the rear of that rail splash shield to the front suspension assembly. In the end, remove the three screws keeping the right rail top splash shield to the front rail and then remove the shield.
