In order to maintain the Parking Assist Distance Sensor, one will need to unconnect the battery negative cable, the rear bumper fascia, and the sensor wire harness. Peel the sensor off of its bracket and take off the O-ring spacer. Sensors and spacers can be replaced, however brackets are part of the fascia.
