2010 Dodge Caliber Cooling Fan Assembly Parts and Q&A

  • Q: How to Remove the Cooling Fan Assembly from a Radiator on 2010 Dodge Caliber?
A: Before you take out the radiator cooling fan, cut off the negative battery cable and let the cooling system fluid drain until it reaches the upper radiator hose. Also, remove the support holding the radiator core and take out the upper radiator hose from the radiator next. Then, get rid of the wiring harness bracket and separate the radiator fan electrical connector. Then, remove the radiator fan's screws and separate it from the outside clips. Don't destroy the radiator cooling fins or tubes when cleaning the radiator. Once all the wires are off, lift the radiator fan from the engine compartment.
