How to Maintain a Liftgate Hinge on 2010 Dodge Caliber?

To fix the trunk or liftgate hinge, first slide open the liftgate latch and open the liftgate. After that, remove the connection behind the liftgate and the washer hose. Use something that fits the model and lifts the liftgate all the way up on the service side of the vehicle. Remove the screws that keep the liftgate hinge attached to the liftgate. After that, detach the liftgate from the hinge. Gently lower the headliner and get rid of the two nuts and one fastener to get the hinge out of the car.
