2010 Dodge Challenger Exhaust Manifold Parts and Q&A
Q: How to Remove and Replace the Right Exhaust Manifold on 2010 Dodge Challenger?
A: To replace the right exhaust manifold, you should first detach the negative battery wire and then take off the upstream oxygen sensor's electrical connector. Remove the top two nuts from the heat shields and lift the car completely with a hoist. Remove the upstream oxygen sensor using a Snap-On YA8875 socket or a crow foot wrench. Prop up the engine and get rid of the engine mount, then remove the three bolts securing it to the bracket. After that, take out the catalytic converter ball flange nuts and then get rid of two bolts and the two heat shields for the upper and lower exhaust manifold. Ultimately, take out the exhaust manifold and the gasket underneath.
