How to Replace a Headlight Bulb on 2010 Jeep Wrangler?

Before servicing the headlamp bulb, ensure to disconnect and separate the battery negative cable from the battery. After that, take the headlamp out of the mounting collar. Pull the base of the bulb with the tabs on both sides of the headlamp bulb connector receptacle and turn it 30 degrees in a counterclockwise direction to unlock the lamp. To complete, have someone else pull the bulb and base directly from the keyed opening in the lamp's head. Be mindful not to touch the bulb or let oil reach it, because this may reduce the bulb's life.
