How to Install the Air Duct on Chrysler 300?

For the Chrysler, put the outboard air outlet into place at the front of the instrument panel, so it lines up properly with the duct and with the foam seal installed correctly. Put the foam seal in the outlet from the air unit on top of the duct and move the top air outlet into the top pad attached to the instrument panel. Do not work too hard on this step. Gently push in the sides of the air outlet to lock the snap clip retainers inside the instrument panel.

How to Maintain the Air Duct on Chrysler 300?

Before doing anything on the intake air duct, the hood liner must be taken out. After that, remove the two push pins and unhook the air inlet from the hood.
