How to Replace a Headlight Switch on Chrysler 300M?

Before replacing the headlamp switch, open the hood and disconnect the cable from the battery at the remote post. After that, open the left end cover, the left instrument panel trim and remove the cluster bezel. After that, remove the three screws connecting the headlamp switch to the cluster bezel and pull the switch out. Unscrew the lamp sockets from the assembly, placing the switch against the pad. After that, secure the headlamp switch in the bezel and use the three screws to fasten it into place. Install the left end cover, left instrument panel trim cover and cluster bezel. Then, link the remote battery post with the negative battery cable again.

When you install, do the opposite of the removal process to confirm that the twist-out lamp sockets are fine and that the switch attaches securely to the pad.
