Unscrew the two fan shroud-to-radiator screws, remove the coolant overflow hose, the windshield washer fluid hose and carefully pull out the washer pump connector. Once the fan shroud and fan drive are out, be sure not to place the drive horizontally since silicone fluid may get into your lubricant. Remove the water pump drive belt, slide away the clamp from the lower radiator hose and pull off the hose from the water pump. In the final step, detach the seven water pump mounting bolts as well as the one stud bolt.
