To service the turn signal switch, disconnect and isolate the battery negative remote cable before the removal of the upper steering column shroud. Make sure to remove the mounting screws of the multi-function switch, disconnect the wire connectors, and lift straight up. To install, reverse procedures by tightening the multi-function switch to column retaining screws to torque of 2.3 Nm (20 in. lbs.) and tightening the steering column cover retaining screws to torque of 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
