To open the rear door, use the trim tool special tool #C-4755 to push on the switch bezel while gently pulling up on the edge of the switch that is under the door opening. After pulling the switch out of the door trim panel, stick the trim tool into the retaining tabs around the connector on the switch and pull out the connector. First, plug in and connect the master switch, then use the three mounting screws to hold it in place, next attach the trim panel and finally reconnect the negative battery. To do the passenger switch, fit the switch and wire connector, reattach the door trim panel and link the negative battery cable remote terminal. For the rear door switches, wire the connector to the switch, place the switch inside the door and link the negative battery cable remote terminal.
