How to Replace the Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir on Chrysler Concorde?

First, open the hood and remove the negative battery cable from the remote battery post to swap out your windshield washer reservoir. Remove only the left headlamp assembly and place it aside. After that, remove the four bolts holding the washer reservoir in place, disconnect the pump and sensor wires and take off the washer and filler hoses. Swing forward the inside of the reservoir and remove it from the car. When you are installing a new reservoir, transfer the pump and sensor to it and remember to use a new grommet so nothing leaks. Installing the reservoir is easiest when you secure it in the motor enclosure and point the inside rear toward the back. Connect the filler hose, the washer hose and both ends of the pump and sensor wires. Tighten the reservoir with four bolts and then install the left headlamp assembly. Finally, attach the cable that was removed from the remote battery.
